Hi and welcome to our site,

As part of the international family of Youth Coaching Academy's led by Harry Singha, we are proud to share the vision where: 

"we see every young person having access to the most effective personal development and coaching programmes"

Our mission and purpose is to train adults and young people to become the most effective youth coaches for young people within their own communities.

Working with Youth Coaches, Teachers, Schools, Parents, Education Authorities, Young People and many different organisations who positively impact and inspire young people, we are able to spread our belief in young people even further and straight into the heart of each of the communities that we work with!

I always carried the drive to inspire young people from a very young age even though it took me nearly 10 years after leaving university for me to meet my 'point of inspiration'. Harry always shares ‘It is either Inspiration or Desperation that forces us to take action’. 

Whilst it took 10 years for this to happen, I was truly inspired by Harry Singha and the work of the Youth Coaching Academy from the first time I experienced a programme. I knew there and then, what I wanted to do and that, magic would be created!

I am so honoured, to now lead the Youth Coaching Academy's programmes across the UK as I continue to be in awe of the impact the programmes have on participants (and our team) each and every time, whether it be a one day programme or a twelve month course
